Rajendra Dashora is a seasoned mining industry leader with over 35 years of experience in underground and open-pit mining operations, strategic transformation, and operational excellence. During his leadership tenure at Hindustan Zinc Ltd. (Vedanta Group) as Chief Operating Officer (Mines), he played a key role in major operational expansions, including the successful transition of Rampura Agucha Mines to underground operations and achieving designed production capacities.
Recognized for his deep technical expertise and strategic vision, he has also served as a trusted advisor on underground mine development, DPR preparation, and operational optimization. As CEO & Director of Electra Infracon, he drives the company’s growth through integrated mining solutions, innovation, and sustainable value creation.
Rajeev Mehrotra

Rajeev Mehrotra is a senior finance professional with over three decades of leadership experience across government and public sector enterprises, with deep expertise in infrastructure finance, governance, and strategic resource mobilization. He has served as Chairman & Managing Director of RITES Ltd. and as Member (Technical) at the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Jaipur Bench. He is also the Founding Chairman of REMC Ltd., and previously held key leadership positions including Director (Finance) at RITES Ltd. and Additional General Manager at Power Finance Corporation Ltd.
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, he holds a B.Com (Hons) from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. His executive education includes advanced training in Financial Management from Samford University (USA), Investment Appraisal & Risk Management from Harvard Institute for International Development, and the Advanced Management Program on Global Leadership from IMI New Delhi and ESCP Paris.

Sunil Kumar Yadvendu

Sunil Kumar Yadvendu brings over four decades of extensive experience in mining operations, contract management, and large-scale project execution. A Mining Engineering graduate from IIT (ISM), he has held key leadership roles at Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals Ltd. (RSMML), including Deputy General Manager, General Manager (Contracts), Group General Manager, and Advisor (Projects).
He has led complex mining initiatives with strong expertise in contract strategy, industrial beneficiation plants, operational safety systems, and execution excellence. As Director at Electra Infracon Private Limited, he provides strategic guidance and technical leadership to support the company’s integrated mining and infrastructure initiatives.
