Ritesh Maharwal is a seasoned finance leader with over two decades of extensive experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and strategic financial management. As Chief Financial Officer, he plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s financial strategy, strengthening governance frameworks, and aligning financial planning with long-term business objectives to drive sustainable growth.
Ritesh brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate financial reporting. He has successfully led several large-scale strategic initiatives including SAP implementation, transition to IND AS, financial process digitization, and key transformation projects. His ability to integrate financial insights with operational strategy has consistently enabled organizations to improve efficiency, enhance profitability, and maintain strong compliance standards.
Prior to his current role, Ritesh held senior finance leadership positions at DEN Networks Limited (a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited) and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, where he played a key role in strengthening financial controls, optimizing costs, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Ritesh is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (IFRS) from ICAI. He completed his graduation from the University of Rajasthan.
